Challenge #1: What's Your Style?

shout with crafty joy! Whip up something that has your creative name all over it. Do you, because no one is youer than you!
I have asked what "my style" of scrapbooking is over the years and truthfully, I never know how to answer that! So to try and show you my style, I thought I would scrap what is my "norm" and share that with you.
When I first started scrapbooking years ago, I remember My Mind's Eye being the first manufacturer I fell in love with. Anyone remember those little frame up people? Yep...I think that I owned every single one of them. Though My Mind's Eye's style has evolved over the years, mine has as well, and they are still one of my top favs! I used their Cut & Paste collection for this layout. Along with my paper style, a couple of other things that I noticed about my scrapping is that I love scallops, clean & simple lines and white space. I don't like a lot of clutter on my pages. Some people can do it beautifully but not me!! And, the best thing to get my mojo flowing is a good sketch! It just helps my creative process so much!!!

I agree with Gloria, your clean and fresh style is just FAB! It is refreshing and exciting! I love grunge and layers and I love clean and simple! This challenge has it all. Your message is simple and your page says look at me and it is so easy for eyes to focus. Your white space is porpotional to the layout. You did a great job and I love the message "Family"!
