Craft Hoarders Challenge #10

Good morning scrappy friends and welcome to the last day of the blog hop with Craft Hoarders and Stencil Girls! If you are just joining us, visit my post here to hop along each day of the hop and see all of the fantastic inspiration from both teams!! It is my turn to share the project I made using WorldWin Papers and Stencil Girl stencils!! The background paper that I used for my layout is by WorldWin and was the PERFECT gold color that I was looking for to go along with the patterned papers that I wanted to work with! I used a fun & stencil by Stencil Girl to use in one of my squares. This was a fun, silly page to create!!

Blog Hop!!!



This week the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog is changing it up...with a blog hop! Challenge #10 is ready at the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog but we are doing things a bit differently this time! We are doing a week-long blog hop with STENCIL GIRL!

Show us your inner mixed media diva! Use spray mists, inks, paints, modeling paste, embossing powder, pastels, chalk, and whatever messy media you can find! Let's dig into that hoard, pull out some of that "messy stuff," and use it up! There is a mess-maker hiding in all of you! Let her/him out to play!

Scrap & Play plus Color Me Scrappy!!

Hi scrappy friends! I am popping on here today to share what I created for Scrap & Play and Color Me Scrappy's new challenges that posted today!!

At Scrap & Play our challenge was to scrap lift a great page from one of the designers at Fancy Pants Designs, who is our sponsor this month! I used the Be Different collection on this layout...


and Color Me Scrappy's color scheme this week was awesome! Along with that, we have to use some floral patterned paper on our page. Here is what I came up with...

Super Exciting News...

I am now a member of the Sketch -n- Scrap design team!!! I love working with sketches and theirs are always so much fun!!! I can not wait to get started working with the great people on the team!! I loved this sketch for the "Inspired By" challenge and played along with it this morning...

Fold It!!

It's another Craft Hoarders Monday challenge!!!



Challenge #9 Fold It
Use some sort of "fun fold" on your project. You can make a fun fold card, a pop-up card, an explosion box, or other type of project that makes use of folded cardstock or paper. You can share some folding techniques that are perfect for scrapbook layouts or mixed media pieces. Create a mini album with a folded binding. Fold some ribbon to make pleats. De-hoard those supplies and show us your folds....paper folds that is!

Our sponsors this month our WoldWin Papers and Stencil Girl! I used a fun starburst stencil from Stencil Girl to decorate the upper left of my page. I love that they look like the sun! My card stock background is from WorldWin papers. The paper was nice and sturdy which made it very easy to work with!!
